Lizzie was born and raised in South Louisiana, and made her home in New Orleans during her time at the University of New Orleans earning her BA in Film. Her senior year short film project premiered at the New Orleans Film Festival in 2014, and she has produced over fifty shorts, music videos, and branded content projects since then.
Her first job out of college was as a coordinator for NCIS: New Orleans, but she soon found that her heart lies in the Nola independent film scene. She now works as Chief of Production for New Orleans-based Worklight Pictures, alongside Bruno Doria, producing content for international companies such as Vice, Complex, Fuse, and Airbnb, as well as promotional material for local small businesses and music videos for local artists. Easy Does It is her first feature film in a lead production role, with hopefully many movies to come in the future. Above all, she is passionate to tell stories for, about, and by women.
New Orleans Cinematographer Bruno Doria has been shooting his own projects for over ten years, in digital format and on 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm film. Bruno has DP’d half a dozen feature films during his career, with Easy Does It being his first in-house production through Worklight Pictures with film collective EFI.
